"Great resort overall. Service was a little slow in comparison to what we've seen elsewhere. Some of the activities that we were looking forward to were closed. They explained to us why, which is understandable, but we still felt disappointed. We would like to go back another time to really enjoy everything. The main cenote is amazing to use, especially when the temperature is hot. A lot of wildlife, but the animals are not annoying, which is awesome. Would definitely recommend 👌"

The only things I didn't really like were the bathroom—which is very small—and the refrigerator, which didn't work. Also, it would be good if they offered more spicy food, because everything was bland, and the tacos were very small and upset my stomach."
