  • The apartment is 5 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from Quinta Av, 2 blocks from Mega, a large supermarket and 1 block from Dac, a great independent grocery store with fresh produce, spices and some organic foods. The apartment has a washer and dryer machine. cable TV, Two Rooms with king size bed, A/C, fan, terrace and privet bathroom.

    The condominium has 24hr security & pretty pool

    The apartment has many restaurants very close like nativo and ceiba that are one block where you can have juice of many fruits. Also and sport center that is 2 blocks away Mario Villanueva that has tenis and basket ball courts. Also has a running track.
