They have a fake check-in labeled as VIP for people who book through Expedia. This is only a ploy to get you in front of the timeshare salesman. We agreed to take the tour only to be sold too extremely aggressive, even after telling the tour guide manager that we were gonna decline because I just finished breast cancer treatment. "No beach close by. The pool was small and had sketchy looking wires too close to the pool. People running up and down the halls was loud. Breakfast was a piece of toast and a glass of Tang type orange juice and a coffee. The place was a disappointment."
