"We absolutely loved the villa and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. The perfect space to relax and unwind with everything you needed. From the gift basket on arrival to the fact that there were all the necessary items (shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom and salt pepper coffee and oil in the kitchen) available on arrival. This villa was set up for a relaxing break. The beds were big and comfortable, the aircon units worked great and the main bedroom curtains closed completely meaning that it was quiet and dark for sleeping (the second bedroom was lighter so a facemask is needed for sensitive sleepers). The pool was easy to use and delightful after a long day of exploring. And sitting out for breakfast and watching the wildlife was a joy I didn’t know I needed in my life. Birds, lizards and butterflies just wonderful. And oh wow the massage chair!! 20mins on that every day of the stay and I’m in such a better physical state now than when I arrived! I want one!! You definitely need a car for this villa but you are right on the motorway and can easily get around the island to all the towns and exploring spots within 60-90mins. "The views from property are spectacular during a day and night. Pool facilities were really good with the lifeguard. The pool opening hours could be longer especially in the season. Rooms would require some TLC as property is slightly dated, like kitchens but in general very enjoyable stay with my family and wife. Surrounding area is nice for strolls and it was very convienent to have shop with restaurant literally by the hotel. Also SPA facility within hotel was really good, had professional massage and was using indoor pool with jacuzzi and water jets. "

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Puerto Resort. The rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but they were clean and well-maintained. I noticed that they were refurbishing the fifth floor, which suggests that they have plans to update the decor in the future. If you'd like, you can request daily cleaning and towel changes. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room, a large wardrobe, and a generous terrace. The food was excellent, offering a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There was always something new to try. The drinks were also great. The swimming pool area was not crowded, perhaps due to the time of year, and the indoor pool and gym were similarly peaceful. You can use the gym and join water fitness classes, as long as you sign up in advance – and these are all free of charge. The resort consists of three hotels, and meals are served at two of them. This was not an issue for us, and we appreciated the ability to use the facilities at all three hotels. You don’t have to stay at a specific hotel to enjoy a drink; you can visit any of the other hotels. The resort is conveniently located near shops and offers beautiful views of the ocean. They also organize evening entertainment after 9 PM, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and have no complaints. However, if you're particularly picky or enjoy complaining, you may find some things that aren't to your liking. But in general, it’s important to relax a "

"The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it. "
