It in a good condition but old stylish, not modern. Staff are excellent except one lady receptionist who worked on the xmas day was so arrogant to me when I complained how we missed dinner and breakfast on the 24th night and 25th morning because of lack of information on arrival. She was not able to handle our concerns and claimed that it was our fault, no apologises. However every other things went smoothly, good xmas and new year celebrations at the restaurant, well decorated, glammed. Food was ok Overall, the hotel needs a bit of upgrade.

Good place and good view to the beach , good breakfast options and easy access to the beach and also many restaurants. Only downside for me is the access to parking was very narrow and internet access is not good at the Fromm takes only in reception and few places hence the average rating

Mi esperiencia compocas palabras es innapropiada en comida en cena la cama fatal selebantaban las patas el baño todo estallado yo noloaconsejo mala esperiencia ....para aparcar tienes quedar mas de una hora y buscar aparcamiento tubimos que pagar de una tarde ala mañana seguida 25 euros y en unos aparcamientos de otro otel ...HORRIBLE YO NO BOLBERE MAS NI LO ACONSEJO

Centralt hotell, bra rum men dålig mat!

Plus: Ligger centralt i Martianesdistriktet, nära havet samt nära till restauranger och butiker. Rummet helt ok. WiFi bra för normala behov. Bra sängar. Rent på rummet. Minus: Dålig mat både på frukost och middag med litet utbud och ingen smak. Man brukar alltid hitta något som är ok att äta, men här gick det nästan inte. Dåligt särskilt som det anges som ett 4-stjärning hotell!

God pris ift tilstand. Fint værelse med aircon og badekar. Dog ikke særlig god lydisolering fra skydedør og udtil altan + øverste "vindue" kunne ikke lukkes tæt, hvilket er underligt når nu der er installeret aircon. Altan med fint hav, kløft og by udsigt. Morgenmaden var okay, dog en masse larm der!! Personaletet var venlige og checkin/ud var nemt.

Organización deficiente. Nos desplazaron a otro hotel el día de la llegada por supuestas "averías," y pretendían que abandonasemos la habitación un día antes, debido a "fallos en el sistema". El personal neutro,, excepto el de comedor y limpieza, que eran bastante agradables. Con el incidente del intento de salida anticipada, disparan y luego preguntan; es decir, te reprochan que no te hayas ido y dejan en tus manos la carga de la prueba. Fue muy desagradable la situación con la recepcionista hasta que se resolvió gracias a la intervención de Expedia. Eso sí, una vez aclarado el tema, el tono de la empleada cambió notablemente, pero no hubo disculpa alguna por su parte. Muy mal. Fuimos en régimen de pensión completa y la comida era bastante "rancho". Para un cuatro estrellas pobre, sobre todo los postres. En la parte positiva, decir que la ubicación es excelente. En las comidas no te obligan a pagar el agua. A la llegada nos ofrecieron el parking gratuito como compensación al derivarnos a otro hotel la primera noche. Si nos olvidamos que el hotel precisa, en general, una renovación, y los ascensores están más que saturados, la habitación era amplia y cómoda, con una buena terraza y bonitas vistas. En resumen, hotel bien situado, antiguo, con mucha necesidad de renovacion, con personal posiblemente sobrecargado de trabajo y carente de patrón de conducta homogéneo respecto al trato al cliente.

Downtown location but just go for room only

Very reasonable ratrs for hotel right in centre of things. Room good but bar and basement restaurant a bit dull and needs modernising. Food in buffet unlabelled and not many vegetarian choices. Odd layout of food. Premier rooms on top floor have a fridge,dressing gowns and a bottle ofcava thrown in. Swimming pool area improved but doesn't seem to get any sun.h
