"It wasn’t a good experience. The pool closes at 7pm, the food wasn’t good and the front desk (I wish I got his name) is rude. If you’re disabled don’t even bother going there because they won’t help you. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Out of all the staff I have came cross with only three was nice. I work in customer service and I take that very serious. Don’t waste your money. "

"Staff at the bar not helpful, Coffee machine was broken at multiple times so hard to get coffees,espresso and hot water for tea. Staff at the bar not polite and it seems they needed more staff to serve crowd especially on the weekend. Lines at the bar too long and only bar serving the whole hotel. Very poor quality of drinks. Staff had excuses for almost every request at the bar."

"They get mad when you don't want to become a member. Tak 6 hours of my time showing places even when. I keep saying I have to go they make me feel guilty for wanting to go. Expired coke in the fridge crack bathroom glass. Ask for water they say they will send to my room never did. Housekeeping never pickup trash. Food are ok seafood restaurant only have shrimp everything finish even with my reservation. Overall Im not sure I want to go back . Unless I had no choice."

"It was not clean and the room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes. We got bit while sleeping. The food is a hit or miss. The breakfast was not good at all but dinner was good. The staff was very rude and the customer service was even worse. They did not even greet me and left me standing while she was on the phone and then was making pretend that she was busy and made me stand there for 5 minutes until I told her you want me to sit or stand here. She said wait 2 minutes please. Not friendly at all with a nasty attitude!"
