"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"Knockout location perched up a hill overlooking plains toward Denver. Great view off deck. About 10-15 min drive from edge of town. Lucky's Market nearest grocery was great. The apartment is perfect. Felt private from main house. Deck was a dream. Super clean, fresh and great aesthetic vibe style. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. "This property was exactly what I needed, a quiet, uncomplicated neutral place to recover after selling my house. Ease of parking. Unending ice. Enormous TV. Comfortable bed. Cute little kitchen. Solid door between me and the rest of the world while I watched all eight episodes of Monk on Netflix. "I had a pleasant stay with a great location and a beautiful unit, complemented by satisfying amenities. However, I encountered some minor inconveniences that I let get the best of my patience sometimes, like the code not working, a shower curtain that kept falling, challenges with the heater due to freezing temperatures, and an internet outage. Despite these issues, the manager was quick to respond and very accommodating, making the overall experience positive. I would still recommend this place...
