With nearby opportunities, like less than a 5 minute WALK to the coffee shop Public Market and the local brewery Timanth Beerweeks, you find that The Loft in Timnath is perfectly situated in northern Colorado. Also, upon request, there is access to the Timnath Reservoir if the guest is interested (5 min). You will have easy access to I-25 which will get you to Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheater or Cheyanne with (60 min), or Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park (70 min) or the ski resorts Eldora and Snowy Range (90 min). For something closer, The Loft in Timnath has easy access to the Harmony Corridor that has countless amenities including Super Target, amazing Restaurants, and Sprouts (10 mins) or The Budweiser Event Center in Loveland (10 min). Travel West to Fort Collins, take the scenic route of County road 5 with an outstanding view of the Rocky Mountains. The simple back route skips the Fort Collins traffic and takes you right in the heart of Old Town or CSU (15 mins). Or you can or easily travel east to Windsor (15 min) or Greeley (30 min). I stayed here for a week while working in Windsor. I was able to bring my dog. This adorable loft was just like being at home. Everything I need was available & the evenings were quiet. Timnath is a lovely little town & very safe. I hope to stay here again when I return for work.

We were passing through for a wedding and stayed at Clementines place. It was perfect for two people and our dog! There was a fenced area to let her out in and the driveway was large enough for our trailer. The place is very nice and clean. Had everything we needed and more like books, games, etc. not to mention, Clementine was very communicative if we had questions. If we are ever passing through again I would definitely stay here!

This is by far the best Vrbo I've ever stayed at! It was immaculately clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I could want or need! The moment I first walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. Clementine has gone above and beyond to make this space cozy and comfortable. Chris and Clementine were very quick to respond to messages, and both of them were very friendly and helpful when we met in passing. They definitely make sure that their guests are well taken care of! It's about a 20 minute drive into Old Town Fort Collins from this cozy little place. There are things to do and see within walking distance in Timnath. This location offers a 360 degree view of spectacular sunsets! I hope to stay here every time I visit Fort Collins!! The house was so cute, clean and cozy! We had to leave early in the morning unexpectedly but I would have loved to have had coffee on the porch. The neighborhood so quiet and peaceful. We go to Fort Collins a lot and this location perfect. Hope to come back.

This property is perfectly located, just outside Fort Collins and surrounded by peaceful farmlands. It is beautifully decorated and every detail provided for with quality products. The owners were prompt and so friendly with providing information and making us feel right at home. The best stay we have ever experience via VRBO!

Came for a show at Mishawaka. This place is a short drive to Fort Collins to pick up the shuttle. Had a great backyard for our dog and the owners were so welcoming. Has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Within walking distance to Timnath Beerwerks that has great beer! We will definitely be back when we visit Fort Collins again.
