"The property was conveniently located right by dock 44. We had awesome communication with the host, who was very accessible and responsive. There were plenty of towels, a fully stocked kitchen with great cooking supplies and plenty of room for us. We had a medical emergency during our visit and the on-island paramedic was quick and responsive. Help arrived swiftly from the mainland to get our loved one the medical care she needed. Would highly recommend!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were staying in the midst of tropical storm Debby. The staff was very accommodating offering us an additional night at a discount because we couldn't get off the island. The biggest problem was that we lost TV reception."

"The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. Quiet and relaxed, beautiful, no crowd beaches. Highly recommend renting a golf cart as well because walking in the heat would have made things more difficult but with the cart we had access to any of the

"Pretty, modern house for adults and families. Loved the pool and had fun biking to the beaches and places to eat. Appreciated the bikes being available for use. Saw reviews on the AC being as issue, but we had no problems, Owner stated it was brand new, and we had great temps the whole time. I would recommend. The owners are nice and responsive - even made a couple good recommendations of beaches and places to explore. Can't wait to come back."

"Perfect Beachfront Stay! I had an amazing stay at Inn at the Beach in Venice, Florida! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right across from the beach, so I was able to catch breathtaking sunsets and walk the shoreline every day within seconds of leaving my room. What makes this place even more special is how close it is to downtown Venice. I loved being able to stroll just a few blocks and find great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient and relaxing — no driving needed! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property itself is beautifully maintained. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful beach getaway or want to explore charming downtown Venice, this inn is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!"
