"The staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly people. The outlets in my room didn’t work, except by the sink and by the bed. The outlet in those lamps did not work at all. Also, the microwave in the coffee maker were not plugged in when I looked to see if there was an outlet near them now that coffee maker and microwave was on display like if it was Walmart because I couldn’t use them. However, I move the microwave and plugged it in to the outlet by the bed that was in the wall. Breakfast is really not up to par. We have those round premade eggs and a few bagels with sausage basket the waffle maker, but again the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff is friendly."

"The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."

"There are no amenities, not very welcoming environment, very run down, sad feeling, rooms are not well maintained and towels not available unless asked for. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"Our room still looked under construction!!! The shower leaked onto floor and when discovering how found mildew….. the floor of the room turned our socks or feet black from the dirty floor. Lose wires in the wall. Checked out a day early due to conditions of room and hotel. Was told I could not get refunded for checking out early thy it would be up to hotel.com and then hotel.com told me the hotel should have given me a refund and only charged me for one night !!!!!!!!!!!!"
