"Nice sized rooms with complimentary water, coffee, and tea."

"Everything was clean. If there was any complaint it’s that you need to offer dark roast, full bodied coffee. Light roast just doesn’t get it. But that’s just me!! The stay was enjoyable. "

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."

"Bed/pillows had all kinds of hair on it. The toilet was NOT clean. I wouldn’t want to stay here again. "

"As we got there we waited for more then 10 minutes before the young lady came to attend us. Now only did she not respond when we greeted her but her attitude made us feel that we were an inconvenience and she did not want to be bothered with anyone. I've stayed in this chain of hotels, and i've never had anyone treat us the way she did. But besides that everything else was great."
