"Staff was on their phone when i arrived and didn’t turn it off when I got there, no hello from any of the other staff. But a very fair price, the bed was comfy and had anything you needed. I did cut my foot on a broken tile which was disappointing. Not may shops near by but an aldi is close plus a great little pub opposite."

"Our room was ready for check-in rm 122. The shut window let alot of noise in from busy road. Pillows arent the comfiest. The breakfast was good, nice selection, hot english breakfast and tasty crispy bacon. My night was disturbed at 1.30am-2.30am by noisy guests slamming door and arguing loudly so it disturbed my sleep and didnt then feel safe. The car park is £5 surcharge which should just be added to the hotel booking cost as where else does one park! Location is good, near to spa and decent restaurants."

"Wasn't exactly the perfect fit for us, might be more suitable for a local or someone just looking for a place to sleep for a few nights. We don't expect much when booking places like this but even still we found the place under stocked, no paper towels or even dishsoap to clean dishes. Additionally, it was a bit misleading on parking. Their automated parking system essentially means no onsite parking which was quite annoying. Note to future guests, you may be able to get around this by parking in the abandoned building lots behind the apartment complex. It worked for us but their automated camera system wasn't fully functional at the time."

"The property was very sparsely furnished, and the soft furnishings were very dirty. The heaters in both bedrooms were falling off the walls, and the mirror in the master bedroom was leaning against the wall because the stand was broken. There was also no mirror in the bathroom, which is really a necessity. We contacted the property manager as soon as we got there to report these issues and asked if they had any fans that they could lend to us, as the property was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had no response during our stay. We did finally get a note from the property manager on the last day about our move out, but nothing about the issues that we raised. "

"We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!"
