Was enjoying our stay until the morning Breakfast was disgusting I’ve also go a blue light card that gives me 20% off food all day was told wasn’t allowed to use it yet I had used it the previous weekend for food and breakfast and another marathon inns in derby kings highway far better establishment Also wen I complained about the breakfast the woman working that morning was rude and never apologised I WILL NEVER STOP HERE AGAIN BARE IN MIND IVE STOPPED THE 3 TIMES NOW ILL NEVER GO BACK

Great location just off the ring road. Rooms on opposite side of road to pub, hence, no noise All rooms exactly the same, clean and comfortable excellent for my business trips

A great lodge type hotel with a pub/ restaurant and 24hr mcdonalds on its doorstep. We stayed here 2 nights as a family for a trip to alton towers and were very comfortable. Didn't realise rooms had air con so was a great bonus given the hot weather in September. Great value and will stay again.

Great value

Good value stay at a clean, accessible hotel with a reasonable pub/restaurant attached. The telly didn’t work properly but as I was only there one night I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms

Very nice modern property and rooms were very spacious and clean. Secure entry into the building and very quiet at night despite being opposite a McDonalds drive thru. Only negative was the bed, it was rock hard and therefore very uncomfortable for me personally.

Very helpful staff allowed us to check in earlier and pick up our keys before going off to a family gathering an hour away. Quiet, comfortable rooms with tea and coffee facilities in the room. Basic but perfectly fine for an overnight. Reception is in the Marston's pub next door which also provides breakfast, evening meals and nightcaps if required.

It was very noisy for me

All I was looking for a place to sleep overnight but could not sleep due to noisy 2:00 am check-in above my room. The noise lasted till 4:00am in the morning. I did complain to the night porter who was the only person staying as a staff overnight but he didn't even contact me in return for the feedback or apology. In the morning I felt very tired because not had enough sleep, spoilt my day. Other then that it looked clean, no complaints, staff can feel a bit happier apart from the guy at the restaurant who was very welcoming when I arrived.
