"My son became ill on our flight from SJU to JFK, so the plane returned to SJU. We were taken to San Jorge Hospital. My mother found your hotel, loved the upgraded appearance, the fact that breakfast was an option, and your being located in the airport. She booked 1 night stay, and then when we received my son's diagnosis and were told we had to stay an additional 3 days, my mom extended our stay. My only complaint was the air conditioning was broken for 2 days. My room was great, the staff was kind, the Latin restaurant was outstanding, the gym came in handy for my husband, and I loved the fact that I was able to use the laundry room for free, especially since the prolonged stay was out of our hands. Overall, I was truly impressed with your hotel."

"Great location. Walked to many restaurants. Loved how it was right on the beach. The pool was never busy and it was not hard to find a chair. The pool could have been cleaned more though. Fernando, at the towel area, was the best! He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel food and drinks were a little pricey, but that’s expected. Closest to the airport so expect to hear planes while outside, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again."

"It’s an amazing area near everything and every place you want to visit in San Juan. Distrito Tmobile El morro La Placita EVERYTHING! Recommended 10/10"

"Very noisy. Trucks late at night hitting the speed bump a few feet away. Machine saws early in the morning and in the evening. Bed makes a LOT of noise just getting in and out, let alone any other activities. Dirty curtains and window sills triggered my allergies. Internet was slow (12mbps) then completely out the last week. Host turned it off after I complained about the noise and dirt. There was an x next to the internet name that I had been connecting too. It was miraculously available the morning I checked out. Shower does not get hot. Each burner on the stove has to be lit with a lighter every time. AC does not cool the whole place. I did not know it was an upstairs unit until after booking. I only stayed because the refund amount the host offered was not worth it. I checked out 2 days early. "
