"The room was very clean and the layout was functional. The only downside I could see was that the ac wouldn’t adjust below 70. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They really make you feel welcomed. The beach view was impeccable. I don’t see how it could have been any better. I didn’t visit the casino but that had a good amount of machines and everyone there seemed happy. This place is definitely 5 stars in my opinion."

"This is our third straight year staying at the fairmont. Staff never disappoint!!! Always feel welcomed. The cleaning crew does a beautiful job, even when they see us come out of the room and the do not disturb sign is hanging on the door, they offer us fresh towels and bath accessories. I wish I could give everyone 10 stars rating."

Waterfront Luxury Villa With Amazing Private Pool and Dock

"My family have stayed in a number of rentals in the Caribbean and this house was by far our favorite. The photos don't fully do it justice. It's a beautiful home and an amazing pool which has great outdoor amenities like a mini fridge and showers. The location was perfect for our family. Close to San Juan with cheap Ubers and close enough to places like El Yunque and Cuevo del Indio. We got to enjoy the nightlife of La Placita, and there's lots of great food options nearby. Even though there were water disruptions Island-wide during our stay we never noticed because the house is equipped for this and avg per outages. Overall, we enjoyed our days staying in this beautiful home more than our days exploring. The host is super communicative and we never needed for anything."

"We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. The game room was a huge hit, and the home comfortably accommodated all 9 of us with so much room to spare.It was clear that the hosts put so much thought into the little details to make guests feel comfortable and ensure a great stay. We especially loved the artwork throughout the home and the sweet touch of seeing the markings left by previous guests, it gave the space such a positive, personal, and lived-in feeling.The outdoor space and pool were wonderful, and having beach toys provided was such a thoughtful bonus. Overall, the vibe of the entire home was warm, fun, and positive. We all made wonderful memories here, especially the children, and would absolutely love to stay again!"
