"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

Bathroom was nice but again no shelves to unpack toiletries on. Did ask at reception about this, but didn't receive an answer. Someone else said in their review if you like a Premier inn then this...

We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent.
