The kiosk check in process was super easy since we arrived late. We had no issues accessing our room. The room was new, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy! The only “issue” was the floor was not swept very well and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would stay again!

This a very clean hotel and new, but it is bare bones as far as amenities. While it has a full refrigerator, microwave and cooktop there are no cooking utensils, cookware, coffee pot or toaster. There is not even a hair dryer in the bathroom.

This place is very new, so natually it avoids things that you might encounter at properties that have been around for 20 years. The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated certain details of the room, like the dimmable lights. My two quibbles were, 1) my bath towel was super linty, ironically I think it was so new that maybe it hadn't even been washed yet but it left fuzz all over me, and 2) the workout room temperature was a little warm. Admittedly I never got around to asking for help for either so that's on me and I don't hold either against the property. Just something for them and other guests to be aware of. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Property was on its 3 week of being open. So things are new and looks great. There were a couple things. Laundry room had only one working dryer. Rest of them were down. A couple washing machines were down also. You have to use an app and Bluetooth so I am guessing it’s a technology thing. Coffee machine was great in lobby. Makes several different drinks. Rooms are pretty basic. Ac was great. The fitness is lacking. 2 treadmills, one elliptical and one weight tower. Needs some free weights and at least a bench. Maybe as time goes on it will get better. Kolton and Ashley were great and very helpful. Google maps and Apple Maps are not updated but there is a building there. Booked a second visit due to it being very convenient for baseball in surprise and Peoria. Will do a second review and update everything.

Very nice newer property. Staff very accomodating, and friendly. We are senior citizens and my only complaint is that the common doors are very heavy and hard to navigate. It definitely wasn't built with seniors in mind. I did not ask for a handicapped room, which i should have done, as the step into the tub is too deep for my husband, with Parkinson's to navigate. But I'd definitely stay here again..

Newer hotel, cheaply constructed. Every single outlet in our room was faulty/loose. Walls and door are thin- listened to a child run up and down the 3rd floor from 7-9pm our second night and woke us up at 6am Sunday morning sprinting up and down the halls again. Strong odor of Marijuana throughout the 2nd floor hallways- upon walking up the stairway, the smell was strong but upon reaching the 2nd floor it was overwhelming for ALL THREE DAYS.
