Room was clean upon arrival. Since Wyndam took over, La Quinta cleans your room every 3 days and were not informed about this change. So no clean towels, and no trash pickup. We took down our own trash. Breakfast was edible but that’s it. Even if you request your room to be cleaned, there is no guarantee it will happen. Lots of homeless folks around this location. Would not return.

The room was super clean I got the family room only a tiny bit of tear the hot tub was so nice and the breakfast was okay there was no bacon or eggs just cereal and waffles and and bagels yogurt and other small stuff they need to do better and the elevator was making screeching noise

Nice clean hotel, close to the I-10 but not right on it where you would hear the traffic. It is about 7 to 8 blocks out of transitioning from old phx to industrial park and cleaner area, but nice enough to feel safe.

We paid $40 extra to check in early (because our room was held hostage if we didn't). This allowed us to get ready for the Fiesta Bowl. When we returned back after midnight we went to bed and heard 3 dogs next door barking periodically. We shared a wall with the room with the loud dogs. Barely slept that night and then had to drive 6 hours back to San Diego with little sleep. Talked to front desk and she did not seem concerned at all. Will probably neve stay at a La Quinta again if this is the level of empathy and customer service they have.
