Great location close to downtown. Clean large spacious room with separate small kitchen area with oven and fridge and front desk can provide you with welcome package containing dishes, glasses, cups, dishtowels and optional items like toasters, colander etc. can be added. Bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo/conditioner are quite small. Bring your own. Air conditioned ok but loud. Housekeeping available only for stays 7nights and longer upon request. Staff is very friendly.

The room was nice, however we booked by accident a week before our stay and they did not want to reimburse our money even though we got the travel insurance. They had a bad water leak that left us without water for two days and did nothing to compensate us. It would not have been a big issue but this was in Phoenix, AZ with the temperature in 110 degree heat. All of that said we wanted to stay close to St. Joseph hospital with my wife's dad in ICU there and was left with no other choice but to stay there.

The room was clean and exactly what was quoted. The location is perfect for downtown and uptown. The light rail is only two blocks away which makes for an easy time traveling without a car rental.

The staff were fabulous, location was perfect. Unfortunately the room wasn't as tidy as I was hoping. Floor had dust and the shower had lint covering drain and it took work to ply it to let water clear. The noise from the hallway carried in making it hard to relax.
