"First at all the room reserved was not granted at all, so I paid for a king room with my wife, and I ended on a double queen, they did not make the minimal effort to solve the issue. To complete the issue the room given to us was really dirty, so the room cleaned condition was really bad."

"Rooms are big and clean. My check in was not what I expected at all!!! You are allowed 1 beach towel, I thought that was ridiculous!!! I also had an accident, slipped and fell and hurt my wrist badly. I went to hospital twice. The front desk sent a security guard to check on me but not one manager called to see how I was doing. Thankfully we met a wonderful young lady Janelke, which the Radisson is extremely lucky to have. Janelle is kind and caring and always with a smile. Also Peter the attendant who took our bags to the room and showed us where everything was is very professional and has a sense of humor. The Radisson is lucky to have both of them!!"

"Upon our arrival there was no electricity. We were not shown how to use the remote for the TV as and the key for safe we had to ask for it. The prices in the rooms for chairs and coolers are posted less than the actual rental. They were nice enough to help with the rental"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hosts: Marcela, Denise, & AJ were very communicative and responsive from start to finish. The amenities were exactly as described and very well thought out, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the space was very spacious. The outdoor area was so quiet and peaceful: perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, super quiet, and so spacious for the two of us. Check-in was smooth and fast, and our host was lovely enough to have the room ready early for us. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook real meals: a large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, plenty of pots, pans, bowls, and cooking utensils. Even though there was no mid-stay cleaning service, the host provided more than enough fresh towels and supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and trash bags) to last our entire stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The only minor thing that could be improved is the beach chairs provided - they were quite heavy and uncomfortable, so we ended up renting separate ones. But overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend it!"
