The location was perfect. All places of interest were within reasonable distance and travel times. Quiet neighborhood. The room was comfortable. Communicating with Amir was easy, replying within minutes. Was able to meet him and speak face to face. Only few suggestions regarding place Mattress Covers AC filters ( clean more often) If possible a coin operated laundry room I would certainly stay here again!!

*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building. We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything faulty. I even liked how they had a candle lit which made the place smell wonderful. (I'm a candle girl so that worked well for me)! Our host was very easy to contact and very informational. We actually met our host in person a couple of times at the property as he ensured to make the stay pleasant. The location of the place is near many of the attractions such as the Alto Vista Chapel and so that was a plus. The landscape of the property was very pretty and felt upscale. I really enjoyed our stay here. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks Amir for being a great host!

It was difficult finding the place but it a decent place owner does bother or even care to greet you, I guess in my younger days I would have been exited about an absentee owner. But now as a family man. I appreciate good business ethics and greeting
