Very clean place with lots of space for our family of 5. Nice kitchen and washer/dryer. Great pool. Amazing rooftop terrace with views of NYE fireworks. Easy walk to Palm Beach. Safe quiet neighborhood.

The rooms were extremely clean, beautiful place that we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a car rental and typically drove to the beach. It is a close proximity to the beach (walkable). The main area of Palm beach is more suitable for a very short drive. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. It was a huge benefit to us knowing that coffee, detergents, shampoo, lotions, beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys were all INCLUDED. The kids had an amazing time, and the location is a cute little pocket away from the busy areas. Truly felt like a home for the vacation.

Had a very nice time. This location was new with construction still going on. But peace was not disturbed. Had a few issues at check-in , but management was very helpful and resolved the issues in a timely fashion. For an up and coming property I will be looking for this same property in other locations.

modern, spacious, beautiful, strategically located, every amenity available, loved having four bathrooms as we were a four-person group, indoor and outdoor eating options, tranquility of the villa despite having other guests, loved the design of the pool which included the firepit and couch option enclosure, loved the rooftop patio with the bonus tv room, the barbeque and picnic dining and outdoor entertainment space. The images on Expedia matched perfectly in person. Highly recommend this venue to couples as well as families. Hope to return in the near future.

Clean, spacious well equipped condo! Came with beach chairs, cooler, unlimited clean beach towels (swap at office). Great location, close to Palm Beach (which was the worst beach we went to on the island :( - lots of seaweed and mushy sand in the water). Condo has tide pods, dishwasher tabs, ample garbage bags, Palmolive (no salt and pepper though). Nice that each teenager had their own room - we didn’t know this before coming! Pool area is very nice, and the pool is super clean. Excellent communication too.
