"This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again."

"Very clean, the gentleman that checked me in upgraded my room. That was nice!"

"Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down."

"Great location, on Seneca Lake and within five mi ute walk of Geneva downtown restaurants. No breakfast offered by hotel. Nice lobby Room could use an update. Front desk staff seemed a bit preoccupied with conference check ins."

"Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was clean and the HVAC system made the room feel quite comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. Great value. I have stayed here before and will again in the future. "
