Beautiful Victorian house just 2 miles from downtown Canadaigua NY and the lake. Outdoor sitting gardens are perfect for relaxing. This house and all the rooms are exquisite. Although we didn't have the breakfast, we were told by other guests that it's simply amazing.

My husband and I had a wonderful time there. We had a room with a whirlpool bath, which is very pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The property is very well maintained and very pretty. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the different parts of the house that we passed through. The breakfast was delicious and served with great kindness. I thank the owners for the quality of the stay we spent and highly recommend this beautiful property.

We loved the charming house, the antique decor, and the helpful staff. For what it was, we thought that breakfast was severely over priced. Don’t get us wrong… it was really good. Just really over priced.

Lovely

Just a quick overnight, but was a comfortable stay. Beautiful B+B and grounds. Had a little bit of road noise and the circle staircase was a bit scary at our ages, but neither were a reason to not return.

Exceptional stay here. Great location, only minutes from Canandaigua lake and center of town. Rooms are clean and quiet, with every possible amenity and snacks. The breakfast is amazing, unlike anywhere else that I’ve been. I would definitely stay here again!
