"We’ve stayed at 6 different hotels this trip and this was by far the best! The service was amazing! All the staff were so friendly, happy and helpful! The food was excellent! Breakfast again the best! The room was clean, spacious and modern! We didn’t have the best view (a car park) but that didn’t bother us. The beach below is gorgeous but there is a stream running into by the hotel that looks mucky….. The hotel is full of steps and hills but there are cool little cars to take you to your room. Also, a ride to the beach available if you don’t fancy the steps. The only thing I’d say is that the pool (which was gorgeous) needs tidying up a bit. Lots of loose tiles. Also, the steps in the pool aren’t obvious. We would definitely visit again! "

"This resort would be absolutely ideal for families with young children. The number of pools and access from the water access apartments is ideal. The rooms are just starting to show their age a little and some areas could benefit from a deep clean and recondition, but overall this place was great and the staff were brilliant."

"The room at The Nature Phuket is quite nice at first glance, but I feel that for the price, the overall quality doesn’t quite match up. To be fair, we did stay during high season, which might explain the higher prices — but even with that in mind, I expected a bit more. Looking closer, there were visible cracks in the room, and the overall build quality just didn’t feel solid. At one point, I genuinely felt like I could’ve snapped the sink in the bathroom — it felt loose, almost like someone who stayed before had already done some damage. If I were to nitpick further, the pool access area didn’t seem the cleanest or best maintained. That said, I did notice there were workers who came around daily to clear things from the pool, which is definitely a plus — so it’s not being completely neglected. The location is a definite highlight. It’s surprisingly not too busy, especially considering it’s near a livelier area. It offers a good balance — calm and quiet, but still very convenient for getting around. Overall, I really did enjoy the hotel. The staff were amazing genuinely lovely people who took care of any requests quickly and with a smile. Despite a few flaws, I would still recommend this place."
