Amazing hotel with both a mountain and beach side, each offering a unique feel. Beach vibes are fun with chill music, while the mountain side is serene and quiet. Rooms are clean, spacious and have nice balcony views. The resort has several restaurants and food is quite tasty. Located on the north end of Kamala beach, it’s an ideal location on the island as Patong and Phuket town are not far. Kamala beach is not overcrowded but has enough to do. Also being near the beach end is nice (and shady!).

Everything at Intercontinental was really perfect and magical. The staff was really helpful and always happy and kind, we had great experiences with Bonus and one morning with Mam at the HIIT training was really cool and we would highly recommend to take clases at the fitness center.

The staff were amazing - we got upgraded to a villa which was just gorgeous and Dew helped us settle in. When my young son and I got sick and needed a doctor everyone helped us and the hotel even provided dehydration medicine... The pool was spotless and the beach was beautiful. Hopefully next timethe weather will be sunny... Thanks to the staff again!

The hotel was fairly new so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very nice, but their English was a little hard to understand. Also the breakfast menu felt limited after two days. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the infinity pool because of our young child. As long as an adult accompanies the child, they should be allowed to use the infinity pool.

Our August stay at InterContinental Phuket Resort was outstanding. Service was flawless from start to finish, and the Thai-inspired design was stunning. We chose a forest-view room overlooking lush greenery—perfect during monsoon season. The Sati Spa was a standout. Both the Traditional Thai and Balinese Oil Massages were exceptional—one energising, the other deeply relaxing. Dining at Jaras was a highlight, with refined Thai cuisine and impeccable service—made even more special as we celebrated our engagement there. We also loved the Devas Afternoon Tea: beautifully presented and delicious in a serene setting. A truly memorable stay that exceeded expectations. Can’t wait to return!

Magnificent physical beauty - landscape, buildings, and overall aesthetic presence. Staff is so incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuine. One complaint: Some pricing is outrageous. 6500 THB for pot of coffee, cappuccino, 2 OJ, 1 glass of milk.
