"Angel Inn is close to the centre of Petworth, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a large modern bath and separate shower and everything was very clean. We appreciated the teapot in the room and selection of teas, also the complimentary flapjack. We ate in the restaurant area of the inn and had an excellent meal. "

"We had a great stay over new year. Petworth is a lovely little town with great pubs and superb curry house (2 mins walk). The Garden House was perfect for our visit. It had everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would highly recommend. Thank you Carole and Robert! "

"Just back from a great long weekend in this Lovley cottage. We bought plenty of items we did not need as this property is well equipped. It is in a great location within easy reach of the town, and just 2 minutes’ walk to go around the grounds of the large Petworth House. The small-town centre has everything you need from nice restaurants to farmers market on some weekends. The garden is big enough although the weather was not on our side to enjoy it. The access to the property was not so clear upon arrival, but did not take too long to work out the route from the rear parking space, back out to the main road, and into a gate. Had a great time and would stay again! "

"We stayed here recently because our daughter was getting married locally. The house is a beautiful, characterful property, in an idyllic setting. There is everything you could need for a perfect stay here; from fully equipped kitchens in the main house and Barn to extremely comfortable beds. The owner; Jonathan, could not have been more helpful, communication was excellent and he even left us some food supplies and wine. Petworth is a lovely, interesting town and well worth a walk around, with several cafes and a co-op if needed. We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"My bridesmaids and I stayed at Badgers Cottage on my wedding eve and they stayed on through the weekend. It was the perfect setting for getting ready on my wedding morning with lots of light and just a comfortable space.The outside area is gorgeous and the whole place is done to a very high standard. I only wish I'd had more time to relax and enjoy it!I did have a small booking issue going via VRBO with a discrepancy between what VRBO said I owed and the company said. VRBO sent me round in circles. The Butler Collection was more helpful going direct. "
