"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges. Parking in the adjacent underground car park very easy. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel."

There was a grocery store nearby which was great.Dirk was quick to respond to any messages we sent. He came over twice to ensure that everything was fine and that we had what we needed. This was much appreciated. If we are ever in Brugge again, we would definitely stay at this property."
