"Sparkling clean, well appointed condo. Comfortable for two couples and two small kids. Splash pad and pool were hits. Location out of hustle and bustle but so very close to everything! Really great place!"

"This was the perfect place for my family, very close to the beach and enjoyed the city of Bradenton as well. We loved the spacious open layout, the screened in porch, all the beach supplies we needed, and more than fully stocked kitchen. The sofa bed was not very comfortable, but that is my only point of feedback. Loved our stay!"

"We had some issues with the ice maker turned off, the fans on the lanai not working, the toilet constantly running and the bathtub backing up. Wagner Realty did send out a repairman and he was very good and helpful with the repairs. The appliances are top of the line and the condo is nice and new. It is a very quiet complex. Overall we did enjoy our stay there. "
