Perfect for families or 2 couples this 2 bedroom apartment is in Emerald Terrace Resort in Patong. Quick 5 min ride to the beach and restaurants! The Condominium is modern and well maintained, set on a hillside in a quiet peaceful location.
The 2 bedroom apartment has a large open view balcony with city and ocean views, well equipped kitchen, living room with a flat screen TV and a seating area.
Each bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has cutlery and dishware, which makes it a perfect holiday home.
Electric usage is included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, transport, tickets and tours. Condo offers a free shuttle to the beach and Jungceylon Mall 3 times a day.
