The location was right on the beach and had shops and restaurants nearby which was very handy. The hotel itself is very run down and outdated and could do with a spruce.

It could do with a bit of an upgrade but great low price hotel right on the beach. Walkable to other beaches in the area. The pool was nice and cool in the heat too.

The grounds of the hotel and pool area were really well kept. First impression of the room was good and it was clean but the shower let it down big time. The location was good.

Overall a lovely hotel . pool swim out rooms were quiet but a walk from the front Breakfast was quite good Smoking around the shared pool is always an issue for non smokers !! I would say it was in a good location also

The hotel was a little worse for wear, but comfortable. The pool was nice, although the water was too harsh on the eyes. The beach is just across the road in front of the hotel, which makes it convenient. The hotel is also near convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants and food courts.

Location was great! The staff was really nice and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the beautiful Karon beach. Our breakfast was included and was delicious way to start off the day right! Only thing.. their wifi signal was inconsistent (maybe because of our room’s location?) But still a very satisfying stay! Would go back for sure

My only complaint on the room is the shower, you can see the mold growing in the corners. The rain shower head is lovely. The air conditioning works well, room was always clean. Balcony was very nice. Very walkable to restaurants, beach is literally right there. Overall a great stay

Average accomodation, great location

The shower temperature kept switching between boiling hot and freezing cold, the beds were very firm, but the cleaning service was wonderful and the cleaner was very friendly. The drinks by the pool were great and the staff were wonderful, there wasn’t a toilet near the pool toward the back of the building which was inconvenient, the closest toilet was near the reception at the front of the building.

Excellent and strategic structure for your stay in Phuket. It allows you to reach every part of the island in a short time. The hotel is really nice, the staff is kind and friendly, we really enjoyed our stay! The only “flaw” I could note is that the hotel is a bit old and could use some renovation, but if anything in your room could bother you the staff is ready to fix it. I strongly recommend this place for your next holiday!

Location location location! Besides being clean and extremly friendly staff. It is great to get around and venture right outside your hotel. And you dont hear the street noise from your room either. The front desk is extremly patient with me. I had to lean on them for help several times and each time their responses are extremely helpful and patient. Lastly, the breakfast selection was plentiful and changed daily. I would definitely come back and suggest this resort to anyone else coming to Karon.

Overall quite good but NO wifi in pool area at all, very disappointing. After advising staff, nothing was done and no one got back to me about it. Wifi in rooms also not great. Location was good, close to beach/restaurants. noisy in resort restaurant as road in between hotel and beach, however great view. Staff friendly but vague when asking questions.

The rooms were really nice and the hotel is across the road from the beach. Pool is not huge but has a swim up bar and can charge to your room, which was convenient. Staff were not especially enthusiastic but who would be when its hot, busy, and having to navigate difficult guests daily. They did provide a beautiful juice on arrival that was refreshing. Internet was poor, but if I didnt have school work to do, this would not have mattered. There are elevators so rooms are accessible.

Wonderful hotel perfectly locate.

Karonburi has a perfect location at the beach, restaurants and small shopping. The hotel has everything I ask for in a Thai vacation. Wonderful beach across the street, pools you can swim in when the waves at ocean are too high. Karon used to be a surfers paradise, so the waves can be fun… or tricky. Very nice rooms with good balconies, comfy beds, racks to dry your swimming suits. Great breakfast with a chef who makes your egg the way you like it. Effective check in even though we were four hours early. We could store our luggage, get the beach towels and hang out at pool and beach. Friendly and a bit anonymous staff. They could clean up the pool area more often. Hotel should have a routine to make sure if someone ( the neighbor next door) orders to the room, some one picks up the leftovers in corridor within a few hours.

It is a great a location and most of the staff were nice and helpful except the woman in kitchen ( possibly a manager ) she refuses to give us a knife to cut the 2 fruits we bought. Instead she said we can have the kitchen staff cut it for us but when we asked the next day, she gave us an attitude. The front desks women were also not friendly. Heard 2 people arguing next to our room clearly so it’s not soundproof. BIGGEST COMPLAIN is, BATHROOM NEVER GOT CLEANED!!! Only trash emptied and toilet replaced but bathroom not cleaned at all. We waited that maybe it will be cleaned the next day but that day never came even though we asked for our room to be made up everyday for the 4 nights we stayed. Not recommending this hotel.
