"The cottage was cute, comfortable and well decorated. Easy walking access to the beach, local shops and restaurants. The only downside was that there was an event being held in the yard and parking area and set up was daily, starting the morning after our arrival. Between all the various vehicle's and workers it definitely impacted the vacation feel."

"Parking is scarce at the building itself; there are only four non-handicapped spaces in the back and two are for EV charging. The rooms are nice and contemporary, and bright. The quiet downtown is pleasant to wander and sit in, but there isn't a lot going on - which was nice for us, but maybe not everyone. When we stayed, housekeeping was very spotty. They only clean if you request, and we did put out the hang tag for towels and trash removal on two consecutive days, and nothing changed. When I called, they told me we had to be in the room to let housekeeping in - which was not possible since we had scheduled visits to some local places and couldn't run back. Eventually they left some towels outside our door. The phone operator is responsive and worked to address my concerns, but having no real onsite staff, or staff with access to rooms, is sort of a drawback if you need anything. "
