This beautiful cottage is just 2 blocks from the beach and historic down town Bay St. Louis. Furnished with cozy antiques and beach decor, it is the perfect place to get away and relax. Just an easy walk to explore our quaint sea side community complete with coffee shops, antique stores and art galleries, not to mention excellent restaurants, all within walking distance. The Carroll House Cottage is completely furnished with all dishes and linens, so just bring the sun tan lotion and the wine and enjoy!

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and easy access to everything. We brought our personal golf cart and there was plenty of rooms to park it along with our Jeep. We will definitely be staying again!

Location, location, location!

Comfy cottage is walk-able to restaurants, bars, shopping and the Bay St. Louis beach and harbor! Property owners were super easy to work with. Location offers a quiet stay, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town BSL.

Sweet cottage tucked back off the street.

We enjoyed ourselves. It was setup perfectly for us two. It clean, comfortable, quiet, close to the shops and bay! We enjoy visiting Bay Saint Louis! The Churches, restaurants, bars and music are nice to visit!

Very pleasant . Cute cottage. Very well supplied. There was even ice in the fridge. Nice and quiet and away from all the fun downtown but close enough to walk to the fun!

Great hosts during freeze!

The property managers were mindful of their property and their guests during an unusual snow storm and below freezing weather. They extended our stay for additional days, gave us instructions to keep the water from freezing, shoveled our walk and offered to bring us supplies if needed. They responded to our communications promptly and were always very friendly and helpful.

Great getaway

We stayed in the cottage for the month of March. It was perfect for us and our geriatric dog. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but only a few blocks to the gulf, marina, and downtown area. The kitchen is adquately stocked for 2 people. The fenced in patio area is very private, and the front porch was comfortable as well. The owners live next door, and were very respectful of our privacy. They have several dogs, and there is some barking (especially when the owners were not home), but nothing intolerable.

Convenient Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We had everything we needed. We were staying because of business at Stennis Space Center and the owners were very gracious with allowing my spouse to stay later than check out due to timing of my meetings. The location was perfect for those doing business w/NASA in Waveland. Would recommend it for location in relation to restaurants and shops. Easy Walk. Thanks again to the owners!

Relaxing!

Great stay! Very clean, well decorated, great location and very relaxing! The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful in recommending a mechanic shop to take care of an issue with our vehicle after we arrived to BSL. We were able to walk to the local restaurants, gift shops and enjoy the beautiful weather listening to great music. The location is a short drive to the Biloxi Coliseum where we were also attending an event over the weekend. Highly recommend!!

Loved our stay!

This is a wonderful property! Location is great, and would have been walking distance from everything if it had not been 100+ degrees during the day--obviously no fault of the property owner. Lots of natural light when the blinds were open, and the small enclosed yard and lounging area in the back were very pleasant. We loved the ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom. The only negative comment we could make is that there was no broom, and we could have used more trash can liners for the kitchen.

We are repeat renters of this property and enjoy staying here each time. We needed to change the dates we originally booked and were able to do that easily. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed. The bed is a little soft but still comfortable. Also, very close to beaches and village. Enjoyed our stay.

Check in was a breeze with clear instructions from the hosts. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The cottage was clean, the bed comfy and the grounds are very relaxing with comfortable rocking chairs on the front porch. Close to all the great things Bay St Louis has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.
