"None of the key cards would work to let us into our rooms. The rooms looked like it never had been repaired or renovated since its opening."

"The hotel was nice but the rooms weren’t the cleanest. Paint was pealing on walls and bath tub and things were left unclean. Overall though nice resort for a one night stay"

"My main complaint is housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am even with a do not disturb hanger on the door. Check out isn’t until 11 and I didn’t get to bed until after 4am. Won’t stay there again. The wait to check in was 35-40 minutes and with broken elevators it took me 20 minutes to get on an elevator to my room. "
