"Asked to have my room clean and the person behind the desk said they would get it at it. Came back to the room that night. It was not clean and they put some towels and a plastic bag on my door handle. Talk to the nighttime desk person named Cheryl and she was a talk to the manager about it. I came back two hours later and she had not had a chance to do it. Overall poor service and follow up."

"We are not gamblers but this hotel was so amazing! We ate at Half Shell and it was sooo good and the pool was an oasis that was very relaxing. We went to the bar at Hard Rock later on for Long Island teas and is was such a fun place to hang out. The bartenders were so fun! Great hotel and I would stay there again!!"

"You have to walk through the smoking area to get to the Non-smoking casino area. Really? Not the best plan. Otherwise we love the Beau!"

"This is a great little property close to the base where we needed to be amd the beach blvd. It feels much bigger in person compared to the photos and its very nice. There is a train that goes by a few times a day but overall its not a hindrance to the property. Itwas very nice and cozy"
