"I recently stayed at The Saint Hotel in St. Pete, and it was a great experience. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the start. The amenities were impressive, including complimentary bike rentals with a bike lock, and the convenience of checking out a wagon that included a boogie board, umbrella, towel, and a cooler with ice. It was great to grab some beers from the front office and enjoy them on the go.
While there were a few minor downsides, such as the room feeling a bit humid and the memory foam bed in the master bedroom being somewhat damp, we adapted by moving to the pull-out couch and turning off the AC for a drier night's sleep. Also, hot tub was not working and the cornhole bags were a bit worn out and not really usable.
On the positive side, the hotel offered great free parking, and we loved how walkable the area was, with many bars and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed playing volleyball at Upham Park Beach, where the sand was great, even though there weren't any boundary lines. We met some high-level volleyball players and had mimosas at Paradise Grill, followed by a refreshing dip in the ocean after our volleyball play.
Additionally, the attached restaurant, 82 Degrees, was absolutely amazing and a definite highlight. I highly recommend the "Firecracker Roll" and the "She Toxic Roll". Overall, I would recommend for a younger group without kids."
