"Parking was atrocious! No places to park except over at St. Pete Beach Motel. Heard they were charging to park there if not staying there. That is unacceptable! I paid for parking and was staying there. Not sure what the amenities were except water. $40.00 per day for nothing! Only employees we saw were housekeepers and they were great. Had to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas that use to be included in daily fee."

"We loved the old school Florida vibes! It's small and friendly. We met some really fun older people at the pool and we were super close to all the beaches!! The room was very clean. The pool towels were great! The property was clean and organized. We 100% recommend this property and we will be back!"

"Great hotel. Very clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the pool and recreation area with wait staff for food and drinks. Definitely plan to stay there again!"

"We were looking for a cool new spot on the beach that was not a traditional chain hotel. When we looked at the same it gave off a kitchen Cool vibe and it did not disappoint. We felt like we had VRBO the entire motel for ourself. The rooms were really cool with a retro vibe. The staff was super helpful when needed. The bar provided great service over the weekend and the ability to use the pool at any time was a plus. It's in great walking distance to local bars and restaurants with an amazing views at Sunset and provided good beach access. In addition the ability to use beach umbrellas, carts, and bicycles that were made available by the property by itself made this extra special. We will be back and we plan on staying there for many years to come."

"Our stay was perfect, the only issue was the deadbolt very hard to open, the strike needs to be re aligned. If I had time I would have brought my tools out and fixed it. Great place to stay. Perfect location…"
