"Perfect sunset views!!! We had an amazing time staying here. The house is well appointed, the decor is homie and the beach was quiet. Just the getaway we needed. Lisa was super responsive and helpful. We were able to cook meals in and visit some of the local restaurants! Everything you need for a day on the beach is in the garage with direct access to the sand. Thanks for a great stay!!!"

"Serenity by the Sea was exactly that!! It is perfectly named. The house was beautiful. There were 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room and spaces for everyone to gather AND have some privacy. The views were amazing. The beach was so clean and very quiet. Not a lot of foot traffic. We practically had it all to ourselves. The house had everything we needed and then some. Beach chairs, sand toys, buckets for shell collecting. Plenty of towels and dishes. I can't say enough. We even saw dolphins from the deck!! We could have stayed forever!!The only "complaints" I have, is that there are no handrails on any of the staircases. I felt a little un-safe going up and down the stairs and it worried me for the kids. And the front door was very difficult to open and close. It had to be slammed shut and needed a good strong pull/push to open. Other than that...perfection. Absolutely perfect for our family vacation. "

New Pool! Top Floor Amazing Beachfront View. Quiet and Peaceful Sunset Beach!

"I checked in at 4pm on Sat. night. The location and condo was great.I have mobility issues and it was as close as I wished. There were only two problems. The utensils holder had a good bit of crumbs and dust. There was some thick brown stuff on some of them. I took anything I might use and hand washed them. Whoever is doing the cleanig needs to take everything out, wash the cabinets and drawers and wash everything. The bed, pillows and towels were all good. It could use a little TLC, but when I go to the beach I don't want to be afraid if I track sand in. My other issue was that two of the five days I was there the picture window was covered in plastic. That view was a HUGE consideration in my choice. It would have been nice to know.I would definitely rent again. Somethings matter a great deal more than to others and I want to be fair to both sides."

"Beautiful Property! Would Absolutely Stay Again! The property was absolutely beautiful! Honestly, even better than we imagined from the listing. Everything was incredibly clean, well- maintained, and exactly what we hoped for during our St. Pete vacation. We would come back again in a heartbeat!Just two small things worth mentioning for future travelers:For a family staying an entire week, having only two rolls of toilet paper provided wasn't ideal. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to plan ahead for.Also, the bed was extremely firm. Mattress preferences are personal, of course, but I do wish this had been mentioned in the listing, as it could make a difference for some guests.Neither of these things would keep us from returning! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and the property itself was easily a 10/10. We'd happily book again and would absolutely recommend it to others! "
