"I love staying at this hotel because of the convenience of just walking to the Intuit Dome venue. However this time around the at arrive the gentleman who checked me in was extremely rude. No hi or nothing. Talked at a level 2 of volume. And mind you the lobby is a little busy. So I felt extremely uncomfortable having to constantly say “I’m sorry I can’t hear you” and him rolling his eyes. Not fun. Also according to him the hotel does not come with parking. I understand parking is an extra charge in a lot of hotels BUT no parking at all? And mind you we saw a lot of cars parked for the concert we also were attending. The gentleman and other ladies working that evening seemed really nice. Just unfortunate that was my check in experience. Overall the room was clean. Has the necessary amenities to stay for just one night. Room we stayed at was quiet enough given that the hotel is located in a busy area. I would book this hotel again because of how clean it was but not sure if I would pay $450+ for one night. Given my check in experience."

"Great hotel spectacular views for the high floors gorgeous room very spacious. I had the premium suite excellent rooftop bar on this seven or 60th floor one of the higher floors the lobbies on the seventh floor great location near restaurants. I recommend the Italian restaurant bottega a short car ride to premium shops like the Grove parking for $30 a night not too bad all in all. I had a great experience with stay there again actually this is my second day. The only thing I would change different is I’m a balcony person. I like a little outdoor space so but in downtown LA it’s kinda hard to find but my next visit I did find another hotel high-rise. It does have a balcony but I don’t know like I said it was a good experience. I recommend."
