I had my reservation, but a few hours before my arrival, I got a note through hotels.com that they are unable to accommodate me because they overbooked. They offered for me sleep in a tent on their location. I thought that was strange, but upon asking for a refund, I was never contacted again."

"We booked a double room but what we were provided unfortunately wasn’t a full size double bed. The size of the room was very small and there were signs up apologising for this but I can live with a small room. There was no window in the room which made it feel even more claustrophobic. "I like the shower. Water pressure is good. The blanket and bedsheet didnt feel clean. I didnt dare to use their pillow and instead used a clean tshirt behind my head. The mattress is too soft for me. Hot water had to get from outside and room temperature water is a bit distance walk from my room. I also need to take dirty towel out each time and get a new one myself everyday. "
