Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Sofa bed was awful. We literally felt like we slept on floor. It’s uneven and no padding at all. No mattress or any other stuff for padding. When we asked they said no one available to provide you. Only bed sheet available for sofa bed. We didn’t Sleep for those 2 nights.
