IDEAL LOCATION FOR THE OLYMPIC GAMES 500 METERS FROM LA CONCORDE
Wonderfully located studio in the center of Paris (in the 2nd arrondissement) between the Place de l'Opéra and the Place Vendôme. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building, with an elevator that goes up to the 5th floor, so the last floor is accessible by foot. Decorated with taste, this apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of the Parisian life.

Sublime apartment of 17m2 on the 6th floor with elevator in the heart of the 2nd district of Paris, which has:
- A sofa bed, coffee table, 1 table with chairs, TV and wi-fi
- A kitchenette (hot plate, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- An independent bathroom with WC

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:

The host did not inform us that the entire building is under construction. This meant that: - The elevator (advertised throughout the listing) didn't work; we had to carry 23kg bags up 6 flights of stairs - There was dust and dirt everywhere that got on our clothes/bags - Our door was painted and left wet without our knowledge - Construction workers were making loud noise in the hallway and scraping our door starting at 08h in the morning Unrelated to the construction but the bathroom also had a slight sewage smell and a shirtless guy was walking through the hallway knocking on doors one night. When we contacted the host for a solution they denied not informing us and stopped responding. The location in the city is great, but honestly would rather have sacrificed and stayed further outside of the city for a comfortable and more secure experience.

Nightmare

They didn’t disclosed that it was a 6 story wall up nor that the elevator was not working. In addition the fact that the building is under construction was also not disclosed. The room was extremely small and only providing 2 very small shampoo and body wash bottles was ridiculous.
