The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 120 m² air-conditioned house in Créteil for rent, which can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 100 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A basement with table football

Ground floor:
- 40m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- A shower room with shower and WC

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A lovely 100 m² enclosed garden
- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Créteil, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house, a space is available.

- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly 15 km away (30 min by car)
