Host cancelled booking 30 minutes before check in. I was with my wife and 3 children (9, 10 and 12). Absolutely awful and very stressful. VRBO agent very helpful but then had to move hotel after 2 nights. I can’t believe a host can do this. Appalling behaviour.

No communication with the host. The place looked vacant. We had to get a hotel room for our three day trip. VRBO couldn’t communicate with the host either, so they gave us a refund. Completely ruined our stay in Paris because we had to spend so much time finding accommodations
