There can therefore normally be no surprises on arrival.Our location is indeed pleasant and practical due to its proximity to Montmartre, the department stores, Parc Monceau...Regarding our buffet breakfast, it is offered at 14 and offers local products (pastries and local bread) but also jams, honey, compotes, yogurts from the Ile de France region. There is also cereal, ham, cheese, fruit, and scrambled eggs. We are sorry if these were not to your taste.As for the room, it is a choice on our part not to equip them with a safe. However, we have one at the Reception where we can store your belongings with great pleasure. Room cleaning is done daily if the customer wishes. The Rendez-Vous Batignolles hotel tries simply and a little more each day to have some eco-gestures in its daily life. This is why on your arrival the Receptionist asked you if you wanted cleaning every day or if it could be done every 2 days. It seems that we understood every 2 days. But it may be a misunderstanding on our part and we are really sorry. In any case, the Reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all requests.We take the maintenance of our establishment very seriously, which is why I am confused if the room was not in good condition during your stay. However, I am surprised because in the event of major technical problems, it seems logical to me to immediately offer the customer a change of room. This is the procedure we ask our receptionists to apply as well.Finally, regarding our staff, we generally only have very good feedback, which is why we would have liked to have more details about your experience.
