We love this little hotel, it was difficult to leave. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. The decor was perfect and Restaraunt was amazing. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip!

Hotel Providence is an absolute hidden gem in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Every aspect including the impeccable service which is run, controlled and managed by Pauline, who is totally hands on, and was at our disposal continuously. And as for Nico who so politely organized each and every dining and entertainment reservation for us perfectly with a smile on his face. Following this, the comfort of the room, the bed, the size of the bathroom, the style on how the hotel is decorated, and the food which is beyond exceptional. The best breakfast imaginable served by Lola, and the best French baguettes one could ever ask for - absolutely outstanding!!!! The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and the sweetest Monica who took care of the room cleaning. On a whole, as being an excessive world traveler, to match this impeccable small boutique hotel with such excellence on all levels, no matter how much you spend will be very very hard to find. We will definitely return, and will like to thank Pauline and her outstanding staff on all they offered us during our outstanding memorable week in Paris, thank you!!!

This property is GORGEOUS! I was not passionately looking forward to my weekend in Paris as it was a birthday wish fulfilment for my partner. He had romantic ideas of recreating our own version of Midnight in Paris and I had ideas of long hot queues of tourists and a LOT of walking. Our amazing long weekend began and ended with the Hotel Providence. Before we even arrived the glorious staff (particularly Nicolas, Pauline and Natalie) were helping me to fill my evenings with romantic dinner suggestions and bookings. When we arrived, we could not have been happier. The hotel is beautiful - so nicely done, fabulous location and the smiles and treatment from the staff (Nicolas again but also on meeting Luca and Alex) were second to NONE. Our four day holiday was a dream - I have never felt so romantic and so absorbed by a city break. The Hotel Providence has changed my mind forever. Please visit for fabulous rooms, AMAZING staff, and a primo location that let's you access a Paris that I didn't realise existed. Hands down a favourite on my list. Go there and book a room with a balcony - you will not regret it.

The hotel was lovely. Good location and easy access to shopping and walking along the canal. The only negative was the poor cuisine at the hotel. Food tasteless and served lukewarm. Vegetables were not fresh tasted frozen and then boiled. The bill for dining in was ridiculous especially for the lacklustre cuisine. Definitely dine out.

Area is not great, plenty of rowdy and loud people hanging around the square next to the hotel. Also, no real reception area (it is a part of the bar), and the staff seems junior and not particularly well-trained. We were disappointed and will not return.

We are truly sorry we did not meet your expectations and as mentionned by email we would love to understand why as we felt we did our upmost to make your stay as confy as possible: change your date of stay while your rate was non amendable, give you an upgrade to a deluxe room (which is 10sqm bigger than the room booked originally booked, accomodate you with a check in before 3pm, organize your restaurant booking while everything was full). It does not seem like a junior attitude to us and if you could revert to me by email it could be amazing so we can improve ourselves. As all Paris area there is indeed homeless people and we are trying our best to find a solution with the city major however this is not in our hands and I am truly sorry you were bothered by their noise. Great location, great help, great hotel.
We extended our trip while we were staying in the hotel and decided to stay at this hotel for 2 additional nights cause it was just that amazing. The people at the front desk were very helpful with everything we needed from getting covid tests for our flight home and actually reading them (lol) to help with specific foods we were looking for and directions to the Lourve and Notre Dame but I can’t say enough how great they were. We had to leave at 5:30am for our flight and the gentleman at the front desk made an espresso for my wife before we left which was super helpful cause it was a long trip, due to traffic, to the airport. The rooms are always top notch and super clean. The location of the hotel is perfect in regards to food, shopping and some of the sights I mentioned above so that helps a lot as well. The off-site paid parking is really close by as well.

Our favorite hotel in Paris
This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and I can tell you, it won’t be our last. Everything from the decor, the staff and the food and drinks were all top notch. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to getting COVID tests that were needed for our trip back to the US. I would easily recommend staying here to anyone.

Such a cute place near a ton of great dining options - has a bit of an old school Soho House design vibe which we loved. On a street with a bustling dining and cocktail scene so seemingly quite safe even late - but at the same time not loud. We had the smaller balcony room which did end up a bit disappointing purely based on lack of space. The room was small (and that’s coming from someone from NYC) with no room to leave a suitcase out and definitely no room for multiple bags. Worse, there no space to walk around the bed on one side so you have to both enter from the same side or crawl in from the bottom. Less than ideal for a room $466 USD per night.

I do not understand how there are so many good reviews for this hotel. It is in a horrible part of town. Drunks and homeless sleeping directly outside the hotel at night and in the mornings. Room was extremely small when the price was over $400 not sure why this was recommended or so expensive. Had just come from two 5 stars so this was a total shock for us. Breakfast was a baguette or croissant. Would never recommend or come back. Loud noise at night from neighboring cafes and drunks screaming/fighting. DO NOT STAY HERE. One step away from a hostel

The only hotel to stay at in the 10th. Gorgeous hotel, cozy beds, yummy food. Our room came with a outlet converter which was great and handy. Amenities were outstanding. The bar even has ice trays in the refrigerator. Hotel manager was the best. She recommended new fun restaurants and bars in the area. Perfect area for shopping

Little Luxury Treat
A treat of luxury on a small scale. I appreciated the stunning attention to design detail from color palette to hardware to room decor and layout. The room size for one worked great, for two it would have been snug. Again, a lovely, cozy place on a quiet street. Enjoyed having the bar to work after eating outside under the cozy light and heat lamps.

Very friendly staff and loved the promptness when we would request things like room service or an iron. They would show up within 5-10min. Stayed in 3 different rooms, including the penthouse. AMAZING penthouse with claw foot tub, record player, amazing decor! Loved our stay. Miss it so much!
