Great to be walking distance to centre- and near a metro/ bus station- but really wished we'd had air con!. Hot nights and noisy streets if the windows are needed to be open- a fan was provided- but again very noisy

We really liked our stay in this hotel. The room was nice and cozy, has the charm of the Paris with great view on the street. Staff were nice and very helpful. Great location for the stay.

Everything small in your advertising it does not describe actual size of occupied space. Sink is 1 foot square terrible, if you are reading this, don’t waste your time, take your money elsewhere. This place should be rented to pigeons. Perfect size for the bird. Or to destroyed period. Worst experience in all my 60 years of traveling.

The room #415 (twin-bed room as requested.)In addition, you have clearly told us that it was your brother who booked for you. This is why you should at least check your reservations before travelling (This is very important! )Finally, the hotels' name is " The PETIT Saint Honoré". This litteraly refers to the size of the whole hotel, especillay, that is a ** hotel and as most ** Parisian hotels, rooms are quite small.We are sorry that you did not like our hotel and we respect your point of view. Hence, we advise you to book whether a superior room which is bigger than the standard, or to directly book in a *** or ***** hotel to find the wished comfort.

The location of the property was great. Near the Champs Elysse between the Louvre and Arc de Triumph. Transportation from Charles de Gaulle airport via rail was easy and the metro station is 1 block from the hotel. The area around the hotel was very safe. The staff was terrific! Very friendly, professioal and helpful. We were able to check in a little early after a long flight. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The employees were very kind. They emphasized that I could call the front desk for any questions. My room was located on the first floor. Guests can carry their luggage up the stairs or by elevator. The room was clean and smelled smoke-free. The room included a bed, small closet (hangers available), single chair, television (I was not able to get it to work), and a bathroom. The bathroom was shower-only (no bath). The bathroom was tight but manageable for one person. The hotel provided body wash (no shampoo or conditioner) and towels. The room did not have a full length mirror. The room did not have a AC unit however, the main window was large and I could open it. The window helped cool the room throughout the night however, the outside noise was loud and the room began smelling like cigarette smoke. I could see into the apartments across the street (therefore, I kept my blinds closed while changing and sleeping). There was no desk in the room however, the lobby has a couple of tables. The hotel provides a physical key that you return to the front desk each time you leave the hotel and receive it as your return to the hotel. The WiFi worked great. When I was checking out, the front desk employee said that I could receive 15% off for my next stay if I called the hotel directly. Overall: I would stay here again. The lack of a full length mirror and AC unit is truly the largest downside. Side Note: the hotel offer

Déception et service lamentable
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en voyant les jolies photos colorées avec une décoration originale et qui semblait prometteuse, et aussi pour la localisation. À l’arrivée, la réception est très belle mais une fois passé cet endroit c’est la catastrophe. L’ascenseur minuscule, la moquette sale dans les escaliers, la lumière du couloir qui clignote sans arrêt.. et sans parler de la chambre, sombre comme pas possible et tout juste deux coussins pour la déco (chambre double supérieure). En soit, ce n’est pas le plus dérangeant, car le pire c’est les murs qui sont tellement fins et mal isolés qu’on peut entendre absolument tout ce qui se dit dans les autres chambres! Le petit déjeuner était aussi très décevant, même pour un 2*. Concernant le service, pas de mieux. Nous avons déranger une réceptionniste en pleine sieste derrière son desk, qui ne s’est pas excusée et ne nous a même pas dit bonjour. Et si vous avez besoin de laisser vos bagages en sécurité, n’y comptez pas : vos sacs et valises seront simplement posés derrière un petit rideau, accessibles de tous, et on vous fera signer un papier disant que l’hôtel décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol. Pas d’étiquette avec un numéro, rien. N’importe qui pourrait les prendre. Le seul qui rattrape le niveau est le réceptionniste de nuit. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

Nous n'avons en aucun cas caché cela sur les sites web. Il s'agit bel et bien d'un hôtel de 2* qui se situe au cœur de Paris. Avez-vous eu le temps de lire toutes les informations avant de choisir notre hôtel ?Nous sommes désolés pour la lumière qui clignotait, nous étions bien au courant, mais notre agent technique était en vacances et ce n'était pas une urgence afin de faire appel à une personne d'autre pour régler une lampe qui clignote "dans le couloir". !En outre, notre petit déjeuner est bien riche et complet pour son prix (10)Il s'agit d'un buffet continental et c'est à volonté. Une machine des boissons chaudes à disposition tout au long du petit déjeuner et aussi à volonté !Nos réceptionnistes sont à disposition de nos clients, vous pouvez les déranger à tout moment même lorsqu'ils sont sur leur téléphone. Je vous remercie de nous avoir signaler cela, nous ferons le nécessaire afin que cela ne se reproduise plus !Enfin, notre hôtel est bien sécurisé que ce soit à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. Les bagages des clients sont bien surveillés à la réception. Et encore une fois, c'est un 2** donc nous n'avons pas de bagagerie mais nous acceptons de garder et avec attention les bagages de nos clients en laissant une étiquette dessus. Litet och trevligt
Litet och mysigt hotell med toppenläge. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var bra med tanke på hotellets storlek. Rummen var mycket fräscha och sängarna bekväma men toalettdörren hade en stor springa så inte optimalt om man vill vara ifred.

auf den ersten blick sieht es sehr schön aus, die lage ist auch toll. die sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, die dusche war geschimmelt und die handtücher hatten kleine flecken, am letzten tag kamen aus den gefalteten handtüchern kleine fliegen heraus, das war sehr beunruhigend. das frühstück war in ordnung es gab viele verschiedene möglichkeiten, den kaffee musste man sich leider aus dem automaten holen und hat demnach geschmeckt. leider war oft kein platz mehr im kleinen raum und man (oder jemand anderer) musste warten. wir hatten ein superior zimmer gebucht und extra dazuschrieben, ein doppelbett zu bekommen. wir bekamen das zimmer mit zwei einzelbetten, was man auf der homepage sehen kann, nur die betten wurden zusammengeschoben und sind bei der kleinsten bewegung auseinander gerutscht. für den preis ist es auf jeden fall in ordnung, es sieht nur nach sehr viel mehr aus als es wirklich ist.

The hotel was pretty good noticing the price. In our first room the toilet didn’t flush the papers. Hotel staff were really nice and polite and gave us a new room for our stay. Rooms were really small, especially the toilet. Also the elevator and stairs were really small and hard to go up with big luggage. But in the end it was great cheap hotel and I could come another time! The location is so great that you don’t need to use metro for sightseeing.

O hotel não possui ar condicionado e nem secador de cabelo no quarto, contudo o secador é disponibilizado mediante solicitação a recepção. O elevador é bem pequeno. A localização do hotel é excelente e a suíte estava muito limpa. O banheiro realmente é muito pequeno. Os funcionários do hotel são extremamente solícitos.
