Lovely and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Breakfast area well laid out. Absolutely loved staying their with my wife. Thank you Hotel Pastel for a wonderful long weekend in Paris!

The decor is so beautiful. My room was cleaned daily. The staff was really friendly. About a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and a grocery store right down the street. I had a very pleasant stay, and will choose this hotel again in the future.

A Lovely 3 day break in Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s within walking distances to all of the main tourist attractions, cafés & restaurants.The hotel is beautiful with vintage styled rooms.

Great location and service!
We chose this hotel because it’s located near many attractions and restaurants. The room was small but comfortable and cozy. The only issue was that the bathroom was kind of small. Other than that, the service is exceptional! We were initially welcomed by a nice gentleman at reception named Valentin. The following days, receptionist Noemi was super nice, sweet and helpful! She provided excellent customer service and helpful information, making our stay and visit to Paris extremely pleasant!

I had the best stay at Hotel Pastel!! Staff was very friendly and attentive, room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Complimentary water and coffee with a beautiful view. Location was perfect and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby. From the lobby to the hallways to the room decor, everything is beautifully decorated. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to others who travel to Paris.

Location of the hotel is closed to main attractions, few steps to grocery store, closed to metro station, lots of restaurants and shopping places Reception people are nice 😊 Condition of the room is comfortable We will definitely go back to the this hotel!

We loved our stay at Hotel Pastel! It was a short walk to the Arc de Triumphe and the Metro (Bastille Station, I believe.) We also loved it was not too far to the Eiffel Tower (20-25 minutes!) and had many dining options nearby. The staff was there 24/7 and the hotel was very clean. We also really enjoyed the nice breakfast and breakfast room area. Very happy with this stay!

Location is excellent and convenient. Staff was outstanding - friendly; helpful and accommodating. Carpet in the room needs a good shampoo/cleaning. Otherwise - staff keep rooms and common areas ver clean.

Super quaint hotel in the heart of Paris
Hotel pastel is a nice, quaint hotel in the heart of Paris, 16th arrondissement. Close to arc de triomphe, Eiffel Tower, and Palais de Chaillot. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Close do wonderful eateries. Super friendly staff. Free, fast WiFi. Nice French breakfast. Will stay again.

Very nice hotel in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. Only a 10 minute walk to both the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe, with plenty of shopping & restaurants in between. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect! You can either get to arc de triomphe or eiffel tower with a short walk. The staff was friendly and hotel felt safe. The decoration is very chic.
