Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Paris’ top attractions!

Fitted with a convertible sofa bed and a kitchenette, relax in the living room after spending a long day in the city. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed (fitted with complimentary hotel quality linens), a flat-screen TV and overhead storage space for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Residents of the 1st arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Louvre and the “Musée des arts décoratif”s of Paris, rue de Rivoli, the district is rich in theatres, first and foremost the “Comédie Française”, but also the Châtelet and the Palais Royal.

As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic “Halles” complex, with its 27 theatres, in the “Forum des Halles”.

Stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. For a fun outing, don't miss the elegant tea rooms on the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants on the rue Sainte-Anne, or the large choice of fast food restaurants in the “Forum des Halles”.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre (line: 1, 7) - just 6 mins away on foot. Another station, Pyramides (line: 7, 14) is just 7-mins walk from the flat.

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 40-mins drive from the flat.

Great property, small but perfect for what we wanted. Nice location in the middle of Paris. 4 not 5 stars because the wifi didn’t work. Had a very nice stay though.

This little apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very cozy and made us feel at home. The other reviews say the internet is bad, i only found that my data and cellular didnt work. The Wi-Fi was perfectly fine. We appreciated how it was a self check in. The apartment is smaller than the images make it seem but that was fine with us. We didnt have any problems with the unit being dirty. However they did not clean the apartment from previous tenants until 7pm because we booked the day before.

The worst experience of home stay

The flat looked much worn and torn than the one shown in photos. There was a terrible stinky smell in the basement. The storage room which has sewage pipes and cleaning equipments next to our bedroom, causing the smell of bedroom much worse. The window in the bedroom is facing the street gutter, and there are spiderweb and dust trapped there. The flat is located at the backstreet of many restaurants, which causes a very fishy and smelly smell from their rubbish bins all the time. We found some insects in the bedroom one day making us so worried about the hygiene. The wifi is so bad that we always could not detect the signal in the flat all the time. We needed to stand next to the main door of the flat and even open the window to receive mobile signal as the mobile signal is bad in the flat. That made us always suffering the smell from the stinky street. At the end we finished all the available data of the mobile due to absence of wifi signal. They sent some repairmen to deal with the wifi and hygiene problems after our complaint. But they couldn't help after a few visits. They always ignored our message and not really settled the detects. We complained to Vrbo on day 1 of our stay and they promised to refer our case to relocating team, but at the end they did not help us do that. We requested full refund of the stay but the host cheated us that it was possible and only refunded 10% of the whole amount. We strongly warn the guests not to book this apartment!!
