Gimicky use of Ipads to control everything electrical. Old ways probably more convenient. My ipad charger didn't work. Ipad ran down and wouldn't work just before I left. Worst thing: Small refrigerator in room didn't work. Reported this shortly after arriving. Never fixed or offered to move me to a room where it worked. Staff very nice and helpful, but restaurant not great.

The property featured very small rooms, more suitable for a single person but adequate for a couple. The hotel was very modern, clean and well appointed otherwise. Great staff. Lovely breakfast but expensive. Lovely lounge and dining area. Location was a little off the transportation routes. Had to walk some distance with luggage from train station. However, quick ride to Gare du Nord on our way home. Overall, a relatively inexpensive, good value hotel option in a very expensive city.

You could not get coffee in the morning before 7am even through room service. They had coffee set up in the libby for a group, but would not let anyone else get some. The coffee machine in the room did not work and leaked all over. Never again will i stay here or recommend here.

And for the experience you had.However we must let you know that citizenM offers coffee and tea 24/7 at our canteenM and we do not hold up coffee from our guests, and if this was the case in our hotel, we will not hesitate to share the feedback to our team and this is not our way of taking care of you as a guest. On another note, we also do not have a coffee machine in the rooms, so there might have been a misunderstanding?We are wondering if there's a possibility that there's been a miscommunication somewhere. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is perfect - plenty of restaurants close by , including Michelin restaurants that are 9-12 minute walk away.

The hotel location was convenient and easy to get to from CDG airport. Yes the rooms are small, but they are perfectly suitable for a few days in Paris to use as a base. The rooms were quiet, and all of the staff we met were so friendly. We arrived at around 10am and were able to check in straight away for no additional cost. This was what we needed after waking up at 2am for our flight. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel! The only issue I ran into was sometimes a weird smell would enter the room randomly I'm assuming from the shower drain in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was very friendly and great. The hotel room was clean and super cute. I would return.

First time at a CitizenM - what a great concept. Just what we needed in a hotel room - nothing more, nothing less. Lounge/communal area was terrific. Staff was extremely friendly and professional - most importantly, they all acted like they actually liked working there! Highly recommended.

Tea; simple hot water, was charged excessively at the hotel. Honestly, this should be a courtesy drink. Overall, very clean, comfy hotel & atmosphere, but would not stay here again, as simple pleasures (like free tea or free regular coffee) would have been a nice perk. Also. Rooms are tiny and our in room safe was broken. We just carried everything with us :(

I just discovered a gem of a hotel in the heart of Paris, thanks to Expedia. I have decided that this hotel chain will be my pied-a-terre in every city they are located in. Clean, modern, friendly and responsive staff, cool lobby and eating area, lovely food options, and efficient room space, comfortable bed. This hotel location in Paris was a perfection for us with walking proximity to major sites, cafes and shopping. If you are used to large hotel rooms with full size bathrooms and all, this is not for you. So go in with the expectation that spaces in rooms are small (think pods), and please do not write bad reviews because you came with the wrong expectation. As I said, a gem in a quiet street in the middle of a very busy district.
